Instead of spending 100 billon on HS2 a white elephant that will take 20 years to build get on with modernising our current railways, bus services, metro etc.. Compared to Malaysia, China, Singapore we resemble a third world country. Our infrastructure is dated. Get on now with upgrading our railways, bring in electric buses, make more cycle tracks, we are outdated and old fashioned. We cant wait 20 years for a bullet train that will be out dated before it’s even ready.
